I recently visited one of Nassau’s newest restaurants, Marcus at Baha Mar Fish + Chophouse and it was delightful. The service was great and the food was even better. I can’t wait to return and try more of their amazing offerings. My friend described our meal as “Comfort food but make it fancy” and I couldn’t agree more. Two weeks ago, I was invited to The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort for their Rosé Paradis Garden. When I saw the invite email I smiled so wide and immediately messaged my mom. My first thought was Wow this is really happening, my first ‘influencer’ event. After three years of consistent blogging, the opportunity had arrived. I was so excited and grateful. Honestly, when I think about it, it was very on brand for my first event to be wine pairing at a luxury resort.
